Re: Cedar Key prices...that condo is overpriced, methinks! But it is right across the road from the water...the same condo not facing the water is $100K less.

Maybe that's why it hasn't sold.

Aha! You added some pics! Very good. The Florida Panhandle is one of my favorite places because of its pristine white sand beaches and aqua seas!

We had a mini-family reunion in Destin a few years ago. Great fun
