I don't know if I told you the deal in The Villages fell through...well, actually we backed out because we were told that villa was of concrete block construction and then found out that it was stucco over frame. We won't live in a frame house in Florida!
So, we finally settled on another villa (much cheaper and new and bigger) in Del Webb's Stone Creek in SW Ocala. We're very pleased with that and will close on Dec. 21.
Lois is going nuts trying to keep this place clean every day and pack...so we may take it off the market for a time until we are moved over to Stone Creek...we'll see.
